Toxics Release Inventory Reporting
2002 Data Summary

Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know

The Delaware Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Report is published annually by the Delaware EPCRA Reporting Program. Beginning in 2002 there will be two (2) TRI reports.  The Delaware TRI Data Summary Report was created due to requests for a more compact, less technical report.  The Summary Report includes a message from the Secretary, and provides a program overview,  TRI reporting requirements, types of TRI data, a summary of the data, uses and limitations of TRI data, new developments with TRI reporting requirements, and ways the public can access additional information.  To view the more detailed information,  see the Delaware Toxics Release Inventory Report (Data Detail).

The 2002 Data Summary was published in May 2004. The report can be viewed, printed, or downloaded by sections as provided below in a pdf icon format. You must have a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view these documents, or contact the Delaware EPCRA Reporting Program to receive a hard copy.
