The Delaware Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Report is published annually by the Delaware EPCRA Reporting Program.

TRI Data Summary Report
Beginning in 2002, the Delaware TRI Data Summary Report was created in response to requests for a more compact, less technical report.  Both the Data Summary Report and the Data Detail Report provide a program overview, TRI reporting requirements, types of TRI data, uses and limitations of TRI data, and ways the public can access additional information.  The Data Summary Report also includes a message from the Secretary, a short summary of the data, limited tables and graphs, and brief descriptions of types of data collected.

TRI Data Detail Report
The TRI Data Detail Report has been the traditional report that has been published for many years. This report includes more extensive tables and graphs, including listings of each chemical reported by each facility and rankings of the facilities and chemicals, discussion about the facilities and chemicals that have been reported as well as detail about different classes of chemicals, and new developments in the TRI program and its reporting requirements.

Both reports were published in March 2005. The report can be viewed, printed, or downloaded by sections as provided in a pdf icon format. You must have a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view these documents, or contact the Delaware EPCRA Reporting Program to receive a hard copy.

TRI reports published for prior data years are available in hard copy from the Delaware EPCRA Reporting Program.

Any questions or comments regarding this report or Toxics Release Inventory reporting should be directed to John Parker, TRI Coordinator, at John.Parker@state.de.us, or by phone at (302) 739-4791.
